Netflix Update 2016 April 8th.

We would like to thank you all for your support and patience while our engineers are working on the Netflix streaming issues which some of our clients are experiencing on the devices.

*** All our other services like Amazon Prime, HBO, Hulu, BBC, Zattoo, Pandora, etc are working properly. You may find all our supported channels here : https://www.getflix.com.au/channels/overview

*** We find that adding following static routes help most devices to work on our US/UK TEST region and US WEST/EAST regions for Netflix.

*Unfortunately this still won’t help to XBOX ONE.

If your router/modem requires Metric, please simple enter 2.

You may find our support page here for setting static ip routing on the routers : https://getflix.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/articles/202281524-Block-Public-DNS-Overview

In order to have this work you also have to change your router/modem DNS settings to Getflix DNS.

The idea of using static ip routing is to route any traffic queries happening on these IP addresses to your router gateway IP address which uses Getflix DNS. Once your modem routes the traffic to us, our network will handle the rest for connect your device to the correct Netflix network.

Thank you again for all your support!
